Results
Results are visible two to four weeks after treatment and will continue to improve in the weeks and months following treatment as your skin regenerates collagen.
Duration
Results last one to three years. Duration depends on the condition of your skin. Multiple treatments are required to achieve the desired results. At-home care can enhance and prolong results.
Frequency of Visits
The suggested treatment plan is three sessions scheduled six to eight weeks apart. To maintain results, complete this series once a year.
Best For
Everyone can benefit from RF microneedling, but it is especially good for patients with skin laxity in the lower face and neck, acne scars, and deep wrinkles.
Frequently Asked Questions
Results last for one to two years or longer, depending on the intensity of the treatment, the number of treatments, and the concern you are treating. The improvements can last many years if you are treating acne scars. If you are treating skin laxity, photodamage, or skin aging, results can last longer with consistent use of topical retinoids and sunscreen.
The treatment does involve stamping hot needles into your skin, so you may experience some discomfort. We provide a topical numbing cream and recommend applying a layer to the treatment area 60 minutes before treatment for optimal comfort. We also have a ProNox® system, a self-administered nitrous oxide (laughing gas) system to help lessen discomfort during your treatment.
Completing a treatment series of three to six Scarlet RF microneedling sessions is recommended for optimal results. A consistent at-home skincare routine will maintain and enhance Scarlet RF microneedling results. We will develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your skin needs and goals. To maintain results, complete this series once a year.
There is minimal downtime after Scarlet RF microneedling. Immediately after your treatment, you might experience pinpoint bleeding, flushed skin, and minor swelling. These are all expected responses to the micro-injuries inflicted on your skin. These symptoms should subside in 24-48 hours. A consistent skincare routine and daily use of an SPF will support a quick healing process.

When I walk in the door, it’s clean and warm inviting. I feel very comfortable going there.I have been getting Dysport and Botox for my treatments with Maria. She is amazing, I always ask for advice, and she always has an answer.They also have amazing skin care products, when they have samples available, they pass them out.That is how I get started on their skin care products. I’m very happy that I found them, I googled them like everybody else and read reviews and they were all amazing. I will return!

I get a monthly HydraFacial with Dara and working with her has been a game changer for my skin - she’s the best!
