56 year old, first experience with Botox, and I wish I could give The Skin Company more than 5 stars! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel seen. Check-in is easy and you’re always offered something to drink while you wait which is never more than a few minutes. I have been going to Skin company for over a year. Excellent customer service, they go over and above of what you need. Any questions or concerns I have they have answers for it. When I walk in the door, it’s clean and warm inviting. I feel very comfortable going there.I have been getting Dysport and Botox for my treatments with Maria. She is amazing, I always ask for advice, and she always has an answer.They also have amazing skin care products, when they have samples available, they pass them out.That is how I get started on their skin care products. I’m very happy that I found them, I googled them like everybody else and read reviews and they were all amazing. I will return!

I went to The Skin Company for the first time today and I had a great experience. The ease of booking, check-in and check-out was perfect. All of the ladies were so kind and helpful. After I had book my appointment I had a change to my schedule and they were extremely helpful and understanding, they got everything rearranged for me. I appreciated their patience with me.
